I've discovered an unexplained charge on my AmEx statement from the online florist. While the order total matches the invoice, there's no explanation for the additional amount withdrawn from my account. Despite giving them two working days to respond, it appears they're either incapable or unwilling to offer an explanation. This lack of transparency and customer service is unacceptable.

They were delivered not a basket but a wooden box, and the flowers were dead within two days; tried a reasonable option for a resolution with the company. They stated I was supplied with "Quality Flowers" Honestly you get better quality flowers from a garage forecourt at a fraction of the price. The main issue after that is the company not being able to accept responsibility for the awful customer service I have received. Do yourself a favour take your money to a reputable company,
