I live in Norway and have used various florist to delivery flowers to my family and friends in Scotland. I chose this florist because of the great reviews and also I was ordering from a local florist from my home town. The delivery was quick and the flowers were in excellent condition and the box bouquet was just like the advertisment photo. The florist I chose was edelweiss whitburn, which I am 100% certain I will use again.

I wanted to complete this review, although I do not usually bother. I ordered flowers for delivery but in a senior moment I addressed them to the right house number but the wrong road. The poor delivery driver took the flowers to the address I had given and of course it was wrong- she took the trouble to ring me and check the address- entirely my fault but it was so kind of her to bother to ring me so my flowers could be delivered correctly. I am very grateful

I understand seasonal varieties may affect the final product but perhaps you or the florist could update the customer with a more accurate photo during the ordering process? Terrible!!!! The cheapest flowers you can imagine and cost £50 for an 18th. Sent a photo to request a refund and was spoken to in such a rude manner. Spend your money elsewhere!

I love this florist! Whoever I speak to on the phone is so lovely and helpful and the flowers are super fresh and carefully chosen. They put such care into everything they do. This order was funeral flowers and they were so lovely and sensitive. Even sorting out an issue when the funeral home said that deceased person was not there (they were!). Highly recommended.

I definitely recommend. I had ordered a bucket of flowers(red roses to be specific) witht the occasion of valentines day for my girlfriend. From another florist. I did so with two weeks before valentines day. And in the morning of valentines day I got an email that the can't deliver my order as they couldn't secure a bucket for me. . Than I came here and managed to order one and had it same day delivered. Ordering it was super easy and quick. Very clear instructions on how to proceed. Highly recommend
