I ordered flowers and chocolates for my daughter in New Zealand. Following them coming out of lockdown she arranged to be away for the weekend. My son-in-law was able to pick up the flowers and instead of delivery a larger box of chocolates was included. My daughter was thrilled.

Flowers were delivered on time and weren???t like the picture but in these times that didn???t surprise me. The recipient was highly delighted with them and said there were flowers in that she???d never seen before. My only gripe was I got in touch 3 times to ask for another name to be added and they forgot to add it but apart from that, excellent.

great flowers and service but not what I had ordered ,I had ordered a brown flower basket such that you lay cut flowers on also a box of chocolates but got a box of looks like chocolate fingers and a chocolate orange my flower were nicely presented but in a little white wicker box a bit of a disappointment due to the price I was charged . I would be able to get more for less at the supermarket . Tommy

Awful expierence, was not happy with the price paid for the quality recieved. Sent numerous emails with photos and have not had 1 response. Very poor service from start to finish. Quick to take my money but cannot even respond.
