Only one arrived and after contacting Direct2florist and the local florist, the matter was only resolved after I forced the issue. No response was received from the local florist and no apology offered. I will not be using Direct2florist again.

This is the third time that I've had flowers sent to friends & family in Peebles through Fountain Flowers. On each occasion, ordering has been easy, the delivery has been prompt, the arrangement has been beautiful and, if the two previous orders are anything to go by, the flowers will last for a couple of weeks at least, if not longer! I'm deployed with the RAF on Operation Shader. I tried to order same day flowers for my mother birthday (couldn't get internet access to pre plan) - payment was accepted without any indication same day delivery may not occur. Half an hour after I'd placed the order I received a phonecall telling me it'd have to be the following day. I wasn't in a position to try and negotiate over the phone. Unfortunately the flowers were late and no compensation was offered or received. Not brilliant for a £50 order.

Flowers were delivered to the wrong address. When one of our neighbours kindly brought them to us, we found that the flowers weren't like what was ordered. A much smaller bunch that displayed on the website, and many of the flowers had browned edges. My wife sent a message to the florist to raise her concerns, and instead of receiving a reply she had a knock on the door at around 8pm whilst out children were asleep. A lady from the florist stood on the doorstep demanding the flowers back, whilst she brought a replacement bunch. She spoke in a very rude manner to my wife (who is pregnant), and was not at all professional in her approach. We will not use this company again!
