I ordered this bouquet online from overseas so couldn't see the product myself. The order was handled excellently and the bouquet was delivered on time and my sister was very pleased with it. I did ask for a silver ribbon around the box but I see from the photo that it was a pink one. I did expect more pink than white flowers but it was a beautiful bouquet. Thank you.

The company involved in actually making the bouquet did a wonderful job, apparently, I didn’t see the flowers but they were given very good reviews. The only issue I had was the actual ordering process. I spent ages completing the order form and right at the end I got a message saying that the delivery address was out with the area serviced by them. I had to go to another shop and go through the form all over again. Can you believe how frustrated I was when the same message appeared. I was ready for passing on the flowers when another message appeared informing me that for £3.00 they would deliver to the address. I immediately agreed! Why could the first shop not have done that? The areas covered should be made known before the agony of completing the order form is endured.

Absolutely a fantastic service. Ordered evening before a wreath for funeral. Phone call in the morning to follow up. They delivered it to the undertaker in plenty time for to go in with my mum on her journey to the crematorium. Beautiful flowers and very reasonably priced. RC Ferguson, Dunfermline always go above and beyond to help ensure the finished product is as special as it can be. The lovely staff send me pictures in advance of the flowers being delivered, and personalise where ever they can, for instance for my parents emerald anniversary, they arranged greens and whites, and the finished item was top quality and so special. Flowers themselves last ages. Would not use anyone else.

Beautiful flowers albeit not in the basket we wanted - not the florists fault- and when I complained to website, florist rang to apologise and delivered a Christmas table posy , a box of chocolates and a bag of apples - fantastic customer service turning a disappointment into a wow ! I paid extra to get the exquisite type of large bouquet of flowers but well worth it for the reaction from the recipient. One drawback is that you don't take Amex and it made it more difficult for me regardless of what else you offer this is our preferred and easiest method of payment for us, so I will try someone else the next time.

Not what i ordered or expected.Unfortunately the flowers that arrived looked nothing like the picture that i ordered from. I understand that due to seasons etc they won't always be a match but the display looked very poor and sparse. The 1st pic is what i ordered and the 2nd is what was received. They were delivered on time though. Definitely won't use them again.
