I do feel that they should have on their website that flowers are subject to availability as we live in Jersey. I did email the company. I went to see my daughter on Sunday . The flowers were delivered on the Thursday. The flowers were wilted and for the money I paid , they were not worth the money. So, unfortunately, I won’t be back. Fortunately my daughter liked the flowers so to that end, if she is happy so am I. But going forward not value for money and looked nothing like the photo on the website.

Good service. The florist phoned me because they coups not fill the order on the date that I selected on the website as it was the Easter weekend. I had a choice of changing the date with the closen florist or having the order sent to another florist fot the same price who was able to fill my order. Ordering online was easy however the local florist did not include a balloon that I had ordered and paid for. I sent an e-mail to the local florist and asked them for a refund for the balloon. They replied the following day however, informed me that the web team at Direct2florist needed to refund my money. I, therefore, sent them an e-mail. I have since sent another e-mail however over a month later I still haven't received an acknowledgement, response or refund. I will definitely NOT be using them again!

I have never used this florist before but would definitely use again and can highly recommend. They phoned before delivery to check the address then phoned after delivery to confirm my daughter had received them as due to COVID restrictions the flowers were left outside the door in a safe place. I ordered these flowers at 19:17 and they were delivered by 10:30 the next morning. I never expected that to even be possible, but Fleur D'Amour exceeded all expectations! I've ordered flowers online before and was disappointed that the bouquet arrived far smaller than that in the photos - but these flowers were certainly not lack lustre and were presented beautifully with a green ribbon. The ONLY negative I have to say is that I ordered a lilac bouquet and the flowers were pink. This wasn't at all a problem, but just a warning to anyone buying their favourite colour!

I live in Portugal. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend who lives in Jersey. The order and payment was straightforward with no unpleasant surprises. My girlfriend received the flowers on schedule. Initially I wasn??t sure if the flowers had been delivered so I sent an e-mail and was answered within a few hours. The flowers that were delivered matched and surpassed expectation. Polite and friendly service. Overall a good job

Wow!!!! I ordered these Friday evening and they are just stunning. They were for my lovely friends 90th Birthday and she was soooo pleased with them, she actually said she did not want them to die they are so beautiful.
