With over 25 years experience, I love nothing more than creating beautiful, natural tied bouquets using the freshest seasonal flowers available, some even being grown here in Yorkshire.

About & History

01439 771873 We are open Monday-Saturday I created Twig & Twine in 2019, with the aim to provide my customers with unique and natural style fresh flowers all year round, and it is going from strength to strength. With over 30 years of floristry training and experience you can be assured your order is in good hands. We use as many locally grown flowers as possible, and try to wrap our gifts in an eco friendly way, using biodegradable floral foam for our arrangements and brown craft paper with raffia to tie them with.

Specialties

I really enjoy making loose, natural style tied bouquets with flowers and foliages that are specific to their best growing season. They are assembled with spiralled stems making them ready to put straight into a vase by the recipient without further arrangement. These can be supplied in a water reservoir if preferred. I also love working with plants, and you will find unusual containers, often vintage, planted up with the latest succulents and cacti as well as reclaim patio pots filled with geraniums, herbs and olive trees.

Location & Delivery

Twig & Twine can be found on Church Street, just off the Market Square, opposite the church. Free parking is available close by on street, or in the Market Square on a pay and display basis.

Excellent service again. No one was in when the flowers were being delivered so the florist took the flowers back to the shop and left a note to call when we were back home and they would be delivered again. This was due to very bad weather on the day and having only a small open porch. Very thoughtful and very much appreciated.

Unbeknownst to me, the recipient was away on holiday on the date that I requested delivery. A fantastic service and such beautiful flowers, the florist went out of her way to make sure the flowers were the best available in these trying times and delivered them much earlier than I expected. The recipient was overjoyed with the bouquet and they really brought some cheer.
