Oh my goodness, amazing service that goes above and beyond!! I decided this morning to send flowers last minute for today. Hilltop Florist called me as my recipient wasnt home and I gave permission for them to be left on the doorstep, shortly after I had another call from the florist saying that the recipient had moved! Although the neighbours didnt know the new address the florist was able to gather information and deliver to a place where my recipient would receive the flowers. I am blown away by this extra attention to detail and very much appreciate the extra special service that has been delivered. Thank you so much.

I ordered funeral flowers to be delivered care of my cousin, as I didn't know the name of the funeral home. Hilltop Florist called my cousin and re-routed the flowers to the funeral home. I placed an internet order on Sunday (when the florist was closed) for delivery anytime Monday. Not only did I get an email back from the florist from their iphone, within 2 hours, confirming the order, but they also said they would deliver by 10am Monday. Flowers arrived shortly after 9am. We had a funeral of a very close friend to attend at short notice over the Xmas period. This meant stress regarding obtaining flowers.
