We are Sherrie and Jo. Business partners and life-long friends. We set up Lily Jones as a Jewellery Quarter florist in 2012. Lily Jones the shop lived as a concept for many years. The objective was to make everybody happy. We had a 15-year corporate career as special event florists at the NEC before Lily Jones. Our regular clients included: Jaguar Land Rover; Selfridges; Hyatt Regency, and Louis Vuitton. Lily Jones is now their preferred supplier. But, it’s not all about the money.....

Ordered some flowers to a friend from lily jones flowers- my friend sent me a photo and they look absolutely nothing like the photo I ordered. I even upgraded the order and the product was so disappointing. The only flowers in the bouquet that were the same as the photo on the website were the gerberas. Everything else wasn’t in and was substituted with iris and tulips! So not what I ordered. Won’t ever order from there again!

Flowers are absolutely brilliant, my fianc??e was over the moon with her bouquet; they were big, bright and beautiful. Can't fault the service of Lily Jones Flowers one bit. I ordered on the morning of Valentines Day, knowing that everywhere else was a next day delivery. Not only did they deliver exactly what I wanted, on the exact same day. but they also let me know as soon as the flowers were delivered (to my request).
