It was a beautiful bouquet, and delivered in time. My only problem is that flowers in the UK are so much more expensive than they are in Holland - I was wondering why Is this because of Brexit, and expensive costs for import of flowers

Ordered some flowers for a relatives funeral from Ireland. The online ordering was very straightforward & quick. Contact was made when at first the address of delivery was empty but delivery was finally made. I was informed by my relatives that the flowers were indeed lovely which was a comfort to me knowing I was not there to see them myself. So well done Sunflowers for a valuable service at such short notice. I will definitely use your service again and will highly recommend your company.

This was a gift for my friend (ordered on her birthday, so a panicked same-day service, so I didn't see the flowers.) But she texted me saying how beautiful they are. When we saw each other, she apologised for not sending a photo, but said 'the florist loves colour!'. Which is exactly what my friend and I want from a bouquet at this time of year. . Also, although sending same-day flowers is really expensive, Direct2Florist was competitively priced. Excellent service, will be using again.

I ordered the flowers to be delivered on 22nd and somehow a mistake occurred with the florist and they delivered the flowers on 18th. I called them to let them know and they apologised and sent another flowers on the 22nd. Both flowers were very beautiful and they were very quick to get back to me when I contacted them via email.

I ordered flowers for a funeral and I was told the day before the funeral directors they were being sent to were not one on the day I had booked for delivery, staff were very helpful delivering the next day within the time before the funeral began. A very professional service and will definitely use again and recommend.

The florist was unable to fulfil ll my order so they found a florist that could. Easy transaction. Delivery same day was very fast. My only gripe is the flowers I ordered were standing in a pink box like bag with pink rope handles. When my surprise flowers for my mum arrived they stood in a paper brown small bag with beige rope handles, the bag was awful as it was supposed to match the pinks in the flowers. It made the beautiful flowers I ordered look very cheap and they weren’t at £38 I’m not happy about this it may only be a bag to some people but it spoilt the Whole presentation. I may as well gone to a super market if I want cheap. Xx

We bought this item partly because the website showed it presented in a pot decorated as a teddy bear and so ideal for parents of a newly born baby. In fact it was supplied in a plain pot and so nothing like the image. We would not have bought this hd we known how it would come and feel cheated.
