Absolutely amazing service. My mother mentioned last minute she wanted daffodils on Easter Day and I found this florist whom do same day delivery. And they had a bunch called bold that were mixed but had daffodils included. They came within a few hours and their standard size were bigger than some large sizes at other florists! So happy and delivered beautifully packaged in a yellow bag Only negative is they actually didnt include the daffodils as per the picture but I guess as they were working with what they had at the time Im still grateful for their choice of replacement

Driver sounded a very patient guy, and I was told the flower would be delivered at 8:15pm, but he couldn’t find the address, and I had to guide him over the phone, he nearly gave up trying, but eventually, he found it and delivered the flower at about 9pm. My friend (the recipient) said, the driver looked tired and (a bit grumpy too), probably because of all the hustles of finding the place (it’s on the main road, not an alleyway of such), and he was using a walking stick too! I felt a bit sorry for the driver, and wished it could have been someone a bit younger and fitter for the delivery job….

The flower arrangements I ordered online were delivered on the scheduled day. The recipients: one in Toronto, the other in Guelph, were pleased with them. My daughter was overwhelmingly pleased with the bouquet and the delivery service. She said it was a "Beautiful, festive arrangement. Christmas-y, but not tacky. Some traditional flowers like roses, with some unusual ones, too. Also some really long-lasting ones like pussy willows, eucalyptus, and bamboo. Best flower arrangement I've ever received!" And, because they live in an odd location in London, she had to speak with the delivery person several times, but said he was polite and helpful. I found the online communication directly with the florist to be courteous and professional, as well. I highly recommend this florist. I am very pleased.

They called straight away as soon as they had the order to get a name (a detail I had omitted accidentally) and did everything punctually and extremely well. The flowers were for a funeral so there were particular instructions about delivery time and destination but Rosa Florist's did everything perfectly. Will definately be using them again.

I put in a specific request for flowers to be delivered in a glass vase, ready to be just placed somewhere. There was no specific provision for this so I just ordered the largest size of bouquet and asked them to take out some of the flowers to cover the cost of the vase. They were very accommodating and delivered flowers in a glass vase as requested! In my opinion ALL florists should should have a SPECIFIC section on their websites for flowers delivered all ready in their containers! Easy flowers! I had to do a lot of scrolling and searching and thinking outside the box to get what I wanted! The vase was as important as the actual flowers to me!

I understand from my daughter that the flowers were beautiful and fresh. She got her flowers at about 11 am which is great considering that the order was placed the night before.
