Fantastic speedy service. I ordered a Christmas arrangement at 8pm on December 23rd and they had delivered them by 5pm Christmas Eve. The Santa bag looked lovely and even included some dried apple and orange slices with the flowers and foliage . Very festive all round.

Have used Primrose Florists for about five or six years for Mother's Day flowers - the past couple of years through the online website Direct2florist. Whether I've phoned Primrose direct, or gone through the website (which is very easy to use incidentally), the flowers were delivered when they were asked for and my mum was delighted with the flowers she got. When I dealt with the florist direct, they were very nice people and went out of their way to accommodate my requests. Would recommend wholeheartedly and will use them again.

I did have some problems with the internet, however through email we sorted it out. It was nice to receive an email to let me know the flowers had been delivered. A description of the flowers or a photo would have been good as it was not appropriate to ask too much from the recipient as they were sympathy flowers.
