Although the flowers delivered were beautiful, they arrived 90 mins after funeral departed. Luckily family did return to delivery address post funeral and saw them sitting on doorstep! The originally chosen florist were unable to fulfil order so Direct2florist responded with an alternative. We didn’t get an update from replacement florist until after delivery. That’s when I found out they didn’t get to actual funeral. I’m not sure who was responsible for late delivery but overall it’s disappointing.

I telephoned the Uk and within seconds the call was answered and the delivery request made and filled out and delivered as per instructions. The weather has been snowing there and therefore no flowers requests were allowed. The size of the bouquet was a little small for the amount paid but the delivery was immediate. Thank you.

Had my order rejected the next day in the morning but was told another florist would deliver that day, which was when the flowers were need but they didn't turn up till gone 7pm apparently and I was given no idea as to where they were. I phoned the helpline but was told it had closed for the day
