Unbeknownst to me, the recipient was away on holiday on the date that I requested delivery. Twig & Twine made a fresh bouquet and delivered them when she had returned from holiday and she was delighted to receive them, and also very grateful that they had gone above and beyond to provide her with a new lovely bouquet rather than just leave the original flowers for 3 days. I asked, at very short notice, for a bouquet from my dad to my mum thanking her for her ongoing support during a difficult time. He was in hospital and she was struggling at home ! As requested, the flowers arrived the next day and they are absolutely gorgeous, they cheered her up no end ! I can't recommend "Twigs and Twine" highly enough, Thank you so much ! *****

A fantastic service and such beautiful flowers, the florist went out of her way to make sure the flowers were the best available in these trying times and delivered them much earlier than I expected. The recipient was overjoyed with the bouquet and they really brought some cheer. The service from Twig & Twine is absolutely second to none and the floral arrangement gave extremely good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate in using Twig & Twine again and recommending them to anyone who will listen.
