I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my sister's 65th birthday on the 24th April 2023 but the flowers that arrived were nothing like the website. I messaged both Direct2florist and The Flower Bowl about my disappointment but neither replied, then I had a request to rate my experience so I phoned Direct2florist to give them a chance to put things right. They asked me to send the email again and they would look in to it but as of today the 25th May 2023 I have heard nothing. I wish I could attach photos

Even with the challenging timescales that covid has dictated and the fact that florists are innundated on occasions like Mothers Day the service was absolutely fantastic. I ordered the flowers on the morning and during the order was advised that same day delivery may not be possible but despite this the flowers arrived at their destinations about 4 hours after the order. The very cheerful and polite delivery lady waited until the door was open before leaving. The flowers were fragrant, fresh and beautifully presented.....well worth the money. Would I use direct2florist again... yes 100%, especially if I knew the florist they were using was The Flower Bowl.
