The flowers were not as vibrant as they appeared on the website.

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 20th Mar

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the flowers I ordered for my mother. I mentioned that pink was her favourite colour, and the arrangement you created was absolutely perfect. She loved them. It was clear you really listened to what I asked for, and the result was beautiful. Ive used your florist services many times now, and you never disappoint. The quality, presentation, and attention to detail are always excellent, which is why I keep coming back. Thank you again for such lovely flowers and for your consistently great service. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend you.

Susan

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 22nd Jun 2023

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my sister's 65th birthday on the 24th April 2023 but the flowers that arrived were nothing like the website. I messaged both Direct2florist and The Flower Bowl about my disappointment but neither replied, then I had a request to rate my experience so I phoned Direct2florist to give them a chance to put things right. They asked me to send the email again and they would look in to it but as of today the 25th May 2023 I have heard nothing. I wish I could attach photos

Brilliant service from the Flower Bowl Holywrll

Deborah

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 13th Mar 2021

Even with the challenging timescales that covid has dictated and the fact that florists are innundated on occasions like Mothers Day the service was absolutely fantastic. I ordered the flowers on the morning and during the order was advised that same day delivery may not be possible but despite this the flowers arrived at their destinations about 4 hours after the order. The very cheerful and polite delivery lady waited until the door was open before leaving. The flowers were fragrant, fresh and beautifully presented.....well worth the money. Would I use direct2florist again... yes 100%, especially if I knew the florist they were using was The Flower Bowl.
