Hi, from beginning to end, these florists were extremely professional and efficient. I placed my order and within couple of hours or so was delivered, informing me of progress of order at each step. Fabulous flowers, very quick to prepare and deliver. I love how you use pictures of the actual presentation as it feels much more personal, especially when sending something remotely. My only piece of feedback is please can you make sure you check the spelling of the names of the recipients on the card as this small detail can take the edge off an emotional gift :(
