I realised I had missed a very important birthday today so looked for flower deliveries today.. I found this site and saw they used Susettes flowers in my local town. I ordered the flowers about 9am and about 1pm I got a text to say that some lovely flowers had been delivered. Fantastic service and highly recommended.

We used Susettes Flowers for my Uncle's funeral and they were simply amazing. I have now used Suzette's flowers a few times. I do not live in bury St Edmunds but each time the recipients have been delighted. The flowers have been of good quality, variwty and lasted well. This time I ordered at 9:00 a.m. on a Sunday and they arrived early afternoon. What more can you ask for!

The floral tribute delivered looked even better than the perfect picture on the website! I received all the relevant information regarding delivery in advance and felt reassured that it would arrive in good time to it's destination. It did - even though I wasn't present at the service, I was sent pictures and the flowers are now on their way to Lincoln to be placed on my parents grave. They were too good to leave behind. I already wrote a review last week. I ordered a mug filled with tulips for a gentleman friend believing tulips were a good masculine choice and included a note. I phoned my friend day after delivery to learn he received a mug of roses and no note. He contacted the florist to inquire who sent the flowers. I sent two emails directly to the florist to inquire what went wrong and received no reply. Very unprofessional and irresponsible.

Hi, flowers were beautiful for the funeral. Delivered to the funeral director as promised. However, the heartfelt final message to my sister was delivered in bold capitals, rather than a more sympathetic script. It was a bit jarring. Small criticism, but I was a bit disappointed. Perhaps a choice of script on the wensite would be useful. But thankyou very much apart from that.

The flowers were packaged beautifully and the accompanying card and wording exactly as I had requested. First I was a bit hesitant with the price, as it is expensive. All I can say is she was super impressed with the quality, quantity and flower arrangement. She has had them for two weeks and comment’s every time she walks past them. The lilies are incredibly fragrant and lasted a long time. Will I buy her more from Susette's? Yes I will.

Not more than 3 stars because 1) webpage with order does not update when order taken and delivered. 2) No picture of flowers that were sent (if you live far away from the recipient of the flowers and the recipient is unable to describe the flowers or take photos of the gift as a sender you cannot rate the quality of the flowers or know if they were received. I spent days wondering if the flowers were actually delivered and and was disappointed that I had to phone both the florist and the recipient (who is unable to describe the gift) to find out if they had been delivered. I would have been better off telephoning the florist direct. (Which I will do next time). I will not use direct2florist again due to the problems described above. .

I found the website difficult to navigate and actually gave up three times and even phoned the florist direct (from another country) to ask if she understood how to get through it. It was not user friendly, and I am someone who taught students how to create web-based teaching material! Even at the end, I had to then telephone the florist again, because I had forgotten (or rather not realised how to do so) to put the time of the funeral on my order. That's why I rate this as only three stars. At a difficult time (unable to get back to Britain for a family funeral of a dearly loved member of my family) the last thing I need is a difficult website. The flowers themselves, and the florist, were absolutely brilliant. Exactly what I wanted and expected. Kindness and caring from the florist, a very good service. I would order from her again.

I am in the US and had less than 24 hours to get some flowers to my brother-in-law's funeral. I contacted Susettes Flowers, asking if they could please make sure to deliver before the funeral. They not only did deliver a beautiful bouquet in time for the funeral, but they got it there with time to spare! I made this order from California. My mother was in hospital and I really wanted to send something that would lift her spirits.....the flowers are beautiful! I've been sent pictures of them, and they are gorgeous. What's more, the florist contacted my Father as the delivery could not be made direct to the hospital (where I wanted them to go), and they arranged to take them to the home address instead. My friend tells me that the flowers she received for her birthday on December 4th are beautiful and she loves the large teacup and saucer that they were arranged in.
