Exemplary service, checked that a late arrival was ok which of course it was as I was delighted to be able to get a same day delivery Advised me that there would be a substitute in one of the colours in the bouquet, Recipient was thrilled & said the bouquet was absolutely beautiful then Le Jardini advised of safe delivery. My sister was absolutely thrilled with her flowers, I ordered them at 6am and they arrived by lunch time. I ordered a standard bouquet but it was much bigger than expected, the flowers are so fresh and vibrant and she tells me they smell divine!

Great size of flowers and delivery on the day was exceptional. Although slightly disappointed with the flowers delivered as they did not exactly match the picture online (and flowers came in a grey metal container instead of the light pink shown). Overall, still a commendable product.
