The flowers were delivered on time and the recipients said they were beautiful. The only minor niggle was that it took me a few attempts to fill in the form on the website, as it did not seem very clear what one had to do when.

Easy to use & order & fab communication. If florist didn't have the flowers I wanted I'd get a phone call from direct2florist to check if alternatives were OK.

Exemplary service, checked that a late arrival was ok which of course it was as I was delighted to be able to get a same day delivery Advised me that there would be a substitute in one of the colours in the bouquet, Recipient was thrilled & said the bouquet was absolutely beautiful then Le Jardini advised of safe delivery. Le Jardin will be my first choice next time I want to send flowers.

The flowers were beautiful and the delivery was great but the customer service really stood out to me. From the immediate phone call to address an email query to the thoughtful flower arrangement, it was clear that the level of care and effort was first class. Because of Le Jardin Florist, Ill strive to always support local florists and businesses in the future.

Great size of flowers and delivery on the day was exceptional. Although slightly disappointed with the flowers delivered as they did not exactly match the picture online (and flowers came in a grey metal container instead of the light pink shown). Overall, still a commendable product.
