The florist was very accommodating and even made the delivery on Monday- a day when they don???t normally make deliveries. Our daughter was pleased with the bouquet but we haven???t seen it.

I had originally booked the delivery date for Monday, but needed to change, so called Le Jardin and the lady I spoke to was really nice and said there would be no problem changing the delivery day to Saturday (2 days early). My sister received her beautiful bouquet and sent me a photo. The flowers looked fresh and stunning, with some still to open, so she could enjoy them for longer. Such great service, I highly recommend them!!

Exemplary service, checked that a late arrival was ok which of course it was as I was delighted to be able to get a same day delivery Advised me that there would be a substitute in one of the colours in the bouquet, Recipient was thrilled & said the bouquet was absolutely beautiful then Le Jardini advised of safe delivery. Le Jardin will be my first choice next time I want to send flowers.

The flowers were just OK. Springtime has such an abundance of choices, I think you could ave done better. I requested a message to be sent with the arrangement, the recipient never received the card, and did not know who they are from, until I received a phone call, asking me if it was I who set the flowers!!! A bid disappointment.

Great size of flowers and delivery on the day was exceptional. Although slightly disappointed with the flowers delivered as they did not exactly match the picture online (and flowers came in a grey metal container instead of the light pink shown). Overall, still a commendable product.
