The Flowers were for my parents, there are 2 other companies I'd normally use, but they could not deliver on the 01/09/21. So I thought I would give Direct2florist as they could deliver. They were awful. Brown petals, some broken flowers and they looked so scruffy. I apologised profusely to my mother, who was still grateful. I was quite upset, but what can I do about it. I paid for a large bouquet, there really didn't seem that much to it.

The recipient was very pleased with the bouquet but the flowers dried up and wilted within a couple of days despite following the care instructions. We expected them to last longer. I've used the florist before with good results so maybe we were just unlucky in the Mother's Day scramble...
