Buying online was easy, able to see which florist would be delivering the flowers. Although it's not possible to communicate directly with them through the webpage I could have phoned without too much difficulty. There didn't seem to be a way of selecting specific flowers but there is a lot of choice with standard pricing - Just watch out because delivery is extra. Mum was delighted with her flowers & her photo showed exactly the same as the website picture. Delivery was on time & was without issue to a difficult to reach address. I ordered a yellow single ended spray for my brother in law's funeral, the cost of the spray was ??40. On the day of the funeral I had an email say it had been delivered to the funeral directors, when we came out of of the service and saw the spray, the flowers were beautiful they were fresh and a lovely shade of yellow and the card that accompanied it, was beautifuly hand written. I ordered a hand tied bouquet for a poorly friend. I hadnt used THE FLOWER SHOP BY ALISON before (living in Lincolnshire myself) but I was very impressed as they were able to deliver the flowers the same day the order was placed. the first time I've ordered flowers for someone and I didn't know what time they would be delivered as I ordered online. <br/>I phoned the shop and asked a time... the lady completely went out of her way to make them up and deliver them herself before my partner went out.
