We left ordering funeral flowers too late, florists were busy, we needed a basket posy the same day and saw you online, they came within 3 hours we was so happy. The only thing I would say is there could of been more flowers for the price. But great.

Ordered the flowers for my wife as she is training from Sydney Australia to London for a conference. I didn???t have a room number as my wife was still mis flight however the florist was able to get them to her room before she checked in and the flowers were beautiful. Direct2florist is consistently brilliant. I've never been let down by any florist I've used through the business. Bobbys Flowers went above and beyond, returning to deliver to a premises that did not open until the evening, and making immediate checks to let me know the situation as soon as I called them. Directed to another florist I've never heard of or used (Bobbys Flowers) as florist chosen accepted order but could not complete for some reason. Order in advance was worried. Bunch did not reflect quality or price. Description was 'soft shades make this elegant vase of luxury flowers the perfect gift'. While I recognise there is no guarantee as to what variety is used, I wouldn't have expected cheap gerberas to replace roses in this bunch. Not luxury or elegant. The shades were not 'soft' either. This was a send-off bunch for a much-loved and respected colleague who was leaving, and it was a disappointment. Also, it was not a large bunch, medium, at best.

The flowers were very beautiful, but definitely not what I chose from the site, which was Nature's Choice. Last year I contacted the florist directly and got an amazing bunch, so I think a direct approach works better with this florist rather than using the website.
