Bunch did not reflect quality or price. Description was 'soft shades make this elegant vase of luxury flowers the perfect gift'. While I recognise there is no guarantee as to what variety is used, I wouldn't have expected cheap gerberas to replace roses in this bunch. Not luxury or elegant. The shades were not 'soft' either. This was a send-off bunch for a much-loved and respected colleague who was leaving, and it was a disappointment. Also, it was not a large bunch, medium, at best.

The flowers were very beautiful, but definitely not what I chose from the site, which was Nature's Choice. Last year I contacted the florist directly and got an amazing bunch, so I think a direct approach works better with this florist rather than using the website. Not a lot of point in making a selection!
