I was given an option of AM, PM or Anytime. I opted for AM, but the flowers didn't arrive until approx 3pm. At first, the florist said that I hadn't asked for this option, though my confirmation clearly states this. Whilst I appreciate that this facility wasn't guaranteeed, maybe a courtesy call would have been better customer service rather than the customer chasing the florist...? That said, the flowers were fantastic and she was very happy.
