• Excellent service all round!!! I ordered the flowers on the website at 9pm and the website wouldn't allow me to change the date in which I wanted the delivery to take place, so I left it blank. Within 15 minutes of placing the orders the owners had phoned me from their home and asked what day I wanted them delivering. They also asked me the age of the person who would be receiving the flowers and they reassured me that it would be a modern bouquet. I was a bit nervous about ordering and chose Graceful Flowers because of their 5 star rating. The flowers were delivered to my daughter when she returned from class on her Birthday. • Once again MacBlooms flowers were second to none...Living far away from family is hard at the best of times but when it's a sad occasion the only comfort is knowing your flowers are there to remind people you are there in thought...the flowers were exactly as we requested. • Fantastic service! They tried to deliver as instructed on the day but my wife had gone home sick from work. They left the flowers anyway and agreed to send another bouquet when she returned to work a few days later free of charge so she ended up with two bunches.
