Thank you for prompt delivery and on day I requested to my cousin in England, The process from ordering online in Australia to delivery was very easy. Flowers did not look fresh and I did not consider they represented value for money. Additionally, as they were ordered as funeral flowers, I did not feel they were suitable as they were a mixture of colours and did not resemble my original order. Won't be using that florist again any time soon.
