I would have given 5 stars but no confirmation of delivery was posted on website. I had to telephone both Direct2Florist and the florist itself to obtain reassurance that flowers had inded been delivered.

Bluebells Ltd.'s service was efficient. I had a query, however, and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. Notwithstanding, the flowers I ordered were delivered to the right address and on time. The only glitch, though, was that the delivery was not recorded in My Account on Direct2Florist's website, though I did receive an email to that effect and a copy of that email once I had telephoned D2F - who were also helpful.

This was my first time sending flowers internationally. The site was easy to find and well laid out. I was given several florists to choose from as well as a nice selection of arrangements. I have no idea about the eventual quality of the flowers delivered to Mrs. Allen, but was impressed by the friendly response and help from the lady in Bolton who did the eventual ordering for me. This because I couldn't remove the additional flowers I was about to buy on the online form, when I only wanted one lot of flowers, but had looked at them the day before, so these were added.
