Easy website to use and smooth transaction. Flowers delivered as requested. I was disappointed by the ‘flatness’ of the arrangement and it did not seem to be very good value for money. I have used this service before and found it to be excellent, so maybe this was just a one-off fault.

Such an easy online process to follow and the flowers chosen to the flowers delivered was so much more. The actual florist is based in Wiltshire. Compliments to them as they did a wonderful job. My friend shared a few pictures via Facebook and they looked absolutely beautiful. I’m in Australia, the receiver lives in the UK. Highly recommend.

beautiful flowers but not in correct baby girl vase due to local florist not having stock of it. alternative was plain vase, not notified of this change though. partial refund given after complaining, and dealt with quickly .

Flowers were delivered same day by 11.30am. They were beautiful and made up and delivered by a local florist to the recipient. This saves any damage from flowers being sent in boxes in the post.
