In all honesty, five stars isn't enough they deserve much more. Friends were moving into a new home just outside Keighley and as I'm in Scotland wanted to send some flowers. The flowers look nice, but not many flowers for ??35, plus I paid /??5 extra for "gift wrapping".... seems a little steep for a sheet of coloured paper and a piece of ribbon - In my opinion that has always come as standard on a delivered bouquet, and I have never had to pay extra for that. I have still given 4 stars though, as I was just pleased that I could get flowers delivered in these difficult times..... :-)

Excellent service and stunning, very fresh flowers. I am in Australia and I had requested a quick delivery time - so the time difference did not help and it created some small issues. But the florist was very friendly and kept me informed. The flowers delivered were gorgeous. Could not ask for more. Highly recommended.

Ordered some flowers for my parents who were feeling a bit under the weather. I ordered them online at lunchtime and they were delivered a couple of hours later the same day. Very easy process & delivered as expected. Our septagenarian neighbour Cath, offered to do our shopping as soon as we were advised to go into Lockdown. We knew lockdown was coming anyway, but as a cancer patient on Chemotherapy, my husband (74 & asthmatic) & I decided to do a big shop on the 16th March & immediately began shielding, A week later I received the official letter advising me to shield. I only leave the house & garden to attend medical appointments. Unable to get a priority delivery slot with any of the supermarket chains, we relied entirely on Cath for the first 2 months of shielding & wanted to say a massive Thank-you. She was thrilled with her flowers!

The flowers I ordered were delivered on-time and clearly a lot of care was taken with the delivery as well as with the flower arranging. The vase and flowers were delivered with attention to detail, with just as much attention given to the the safety of the attractive vase the flowers came in. The flowers were for my wife and she was delighted with them, not just because they were a present but also because she said it was just such an attractive display, both flowers and vase.

I have ordered flowers for my Mother numerous times which have been excellent. However, this bouquet was very disappointing as there was lots of greenery and not many flowers at all. Even though my Mother did not want to complain she told me they were not worth whatever money I paid for them. Not sure what happened this time as my previous reviews of this florist have been excellent. Maybe time to look for a new florist.

I bought some flowers to suprise my mother on Mother's Day as I ended up having to be at work all day, when I got home that afternoon the flowers were drooped and very tired looking. The roses were brown and had seen better days. Over all very upset and dissapointed as two later they are already fit for the bin. <br/>They did how ever arrive at a reasonable time in the morning which was lovely for my mum.

They put extra flowers in the bouquet because the recipient wasn't going to be in at the delivery time, and the recipient had to pick them up themselves. Not the florist fault, but I had paid for delivery so wasn't expecting extra flowers. I was sent a photo and the flowers looked really nice. Well worth what I paid for it.
