Using direct to florist for the first time proved to be an easy experience. The flowers were very beautiful ,and delivered on the day requested. My only negative would be that the colours differed from the bouquet shown. I suspect the florist just did not have those colours on the day I ordered.

I unfortunately had the wrong address for my friend who I was sending the flowers to. But the difference between an Ave and a Way can mean chaos for the delivery people. The florist delivery person however did not give up and was eventually able to deliver the beautiful flowers to my friend .

Unfortunately the arrangement which i ordered was not the one I received. The basket which the flowers were delivered in looked absolutely nothing like the advertised picture. A very cheap alternative was used instead of the one in the picture, and the arrangement itself was really not worth the money that was paid. I definitely won't be using this company again.

I received an email saying flowers had been delivered. However they had not been delivered to family member and not to the address specified. My sister received the flowers and the colours were exactly as I had requested. The picture of the flowers, sent to me by my niece, showed a bouquet that was even nicer than the demo picture on line.
