The flowers were lovely and the delivery was on time, however the flowers only lasted 1 week before having to be thrown out because they had all died. The flowers had been given plenty of fresh water so that was not the reason for the early wilting

They contacted me as they didn't have the flowers for the bouquet (cotton candy) I'd ordered and wanted to make sure it was as spectacular as it should be and was I ok to wait, which was fine. My friend was absolutely delighted with the flowers and I saw them 5 days after delivery and they were beautiful, still fresh and vibrant. The pale pink roses were stunning and still fairly tight so they should last another couple of weeks with luck.

My choice of flowers was nothing like I ordered, consequently I was very disappointed . Fortunately for me, the recipient sent me a thank you photo of the flowers. Upon speaking personally with the owner of the florist shop, he remedied the mistake by refunding my money, which was much appreciated. Because of his actions, I would not hesitate in ordering from them again.
