  Hello, as I am in Australia and the flowers were delivered to my Mother's sister in Kent, I haven't yet seen the arrangement that was delivered to her so I am unable to commit to a rating of '5'. However, I am informed by my Mum that her sister was very impressed by the display.   I actually used Direct2florist because interfllora had let me down and only told me on the delivery day. I managed to get a same day delivery with no issues and the flowers were fabulous. I will definitely use them again and never go back to interflora as it was the third time I’d been let down by them.

  Thank you for the delivery on the day I asked for, to my dear friend who lives in Ditton. We have been friends for 40 years and as I live in New Zealand we seldom see each other. I wanted to cheer her up over lockdown and your flowers did this. She sent me a photo of the bouquet that was true to the depiction in the catalogue. kind regards Robyn New Zealand

  Although the flowers were different from the ones I ordered I do understand the shortage of flowers and did read the warning on your site. However my daughter was thrilled with the delivery and said the flowers were beautiful. Thank you

  Very disappointed The flowers my friend received were not the display I ordered . I paid £35.00 for the display Definitely not worth the money I think that they shouldn’t take the order if the florist havnt got the flowers requested Would not order in thus way again Debbie McMahon

  Absolutely first class service. I had a couple of questions which were answered very promptly. One, they had to phone someone else to get the information but still answered within twenty minutes. The recipient of the flowers said they were beautiful. She was so impressed she said she would use them herself in future. I highly recommend them.
