Lovely flowers. A bit on the pricey side but hard to tell when ordering online as you can't see the actual size of the bunch. Half of them died within a week so £50 felt rather expensive in the end. A little disappointed and embarrassing when you've bought them for someone else

Had beautiful flowers delivered to my MIL for Mother???s Day, today is the 19th March and they are still as beautiful as the day they were delivered. She is so very happy. One thing that could have made my experience amazing would be order tracking. I did receive an email at night but I would like to know when she had received them but that???s a little niggle. Failed to deliver flowers within a specific 6 hour time slot that I had emailed and arranged with them weeks before, this was the main reason I went with this florist. Flower selection was poor and quality/freshness was sub standard for the price. I have used other florists in the past and will go back with them. Very dissapointed and won't be returning.

I ordered a flower bouquet for my daughter's 18th birthday. She's an overseas student in Cardiff and was having her big day away from home! I'm so glad that I found Hearts &amp; Flowers online which didn't disappoint me nor my daughter. The bouquet delivered was true to the photo posted on their website and delivery was on time! Their prices are reasonable too!

I sent a birthday bouquet to my friend in Cardiff from London, so I had to rely on her to tell me what they were like.
