placed an order yesterday for some flowers which I picked especially because of the colours and sunflower etc. However I've just seen a picture of them and although they are a pretty bunch, they look nothing like the ones I ordered. I am really unhappy about this as it was a very special birthday and I picked the bunch to match the personality. Besides I think it is really bad service to not deliver what had been ordered without an explanation or prior notification. Please can you explain and let me know what you will be doing in way of reconciliation for this inconvenience. Ref 1582501
