Easy to book on line. Good info about which florist would be providing the flowers that I ordered, so i knew they would be good ( Had previously ordered a wreath from the same Florist). Always had flowers from here and every time they have been amazing but this time I ordered a valentines bouquet for £35 but payed extra thinking they would add more flowers and what not, but when they turned up they were just the standard bouquet in a box and a few of the flowers had already started wilting. Overall nice flowers not worth what I payed at all

I spent the extra money to have flowers delivered from a local florist but was disappointed when I saw the bouquet 5 days later as the carnations (usually the longest lasting of cut flowers ) were shriveled and dead and also some of the foliage was also dried and ready to be pulled out. Usually I would get flowers delivered by post and recent flowers have lasted much better.This bouquest wasn't as good and I paid more for it. Also, the hessian bag which I ordered the arrangement in looked square on the photo but was actually much narrower than I expected. Overall the bouquet was not as special as I hoped it would be
