On arrival the flowers appeared wilted, almost dead so the first impression was awful. 24 hours in water improved the appearance but the moment was lost by then.

Choosing and ordering the flowers was a very simple process with lots of options available. That said, I should have opted for the standard versus medium- size on the flowers as the medium-size was larger than expected, but the flower arrangement in the hat-box was very beautiful. First time I have used this service and it was superb, needed to cheer the wife up quickly and it worked, I called the company after placing order as I had not put a time on it, I had just 2hrs to get the flowers there, the lady said I will call the local shop and make sure it happens, perfect service
