Flowers are always excellent and last a long time. The florist rang to check I was ok with the date/time of delivery as they were having to do two deliveries due to high demand for mothers day and they didn???t want the flowers to get squashed. Excellent customer service!!!!

Beautiful flowers. Mum said it was the most beautiful flowers she’d ever had. I found the website difficult to use for two reasons. 1. It was easy to book same day delivery but took ages to work out how to order a week in advance. 2. I had no idea I’d ordered an arrangement in a vase. I thought I’d ordered a bouquet. It was lovely and I might choose that again but I hadn’t realised at the time I made the order online.

Brilliant! It's difficult to send flowers from mainstream companies when family members live in such remote areas. This website connected me with local florists who could deliver flowers just before Christmas. If communication with the florists themselves was a little easier, it would be a perfect experience.
