I contacted Petals of Oban at 9am on Monday from Australia to request a bouquet. My great Aunt passed away aged 104 and wanted flowers sent to the family. They said they just got a delivery and everything on the Web was available. They delivered at 11am om a non delivery day a d the flowers were just as pictured. Lovely Service. I have not had a reply from the lady I sent the flowers to when her father died. I am presuming that they were of a very high standard as I have used Petals of Oban quite a few times before. The flowers were so good I lack words!! I was hesitant as it was my first time to order on here and for a mother I wanted nothing but the best. I had ordered an orchid plant for her but there wasn???t. The florist called on time and gave me a choice to cancel the order or order flowers. As it was last minute I opted to trust her as she mentioned they will organise the best for her. Long story short the well organise bouquet with a box great mix of flowers and colours made our mother teary and so did I. So beautiful. Ever so thankful. I highly recommend!!! I am ordering again for my daughter???s birthday. Keep up the great work

Florist phoned me early on day of delivery to say some of the flowers in the arrangement were still awaiting them to arrive but she could do another arrangement which I was more than happy with. The flowers were delivered around lunchtime and I was told the arrangement was beautiful and when described to me the arrangement did sound really lovely.
