I payed £50 for flowers for my wife on valentines day I them ordered online via my phone the bouquet looked quite large although when they were delivered I could have gone to asda or tesco and picked up a bigger bouquet for £20 I didn't as I work away from home and thought more romantic to be delivered.

I was disappointed with the flower arrangement delivered. Far less blooms than in the photos and stuffed with "filler" greenery. I realise that with COVID restrictions variety of flowers may be restricted, but expected that quantity of replacements would be met. Also looked like it was thrown together in a rush.

I’m in New Zealand and was ordering a posy for my friend in Glasgow. It was super easy to order on line, and there was an amazing range to choose from. I had been given the wrong address and contact number for my friend. The florists got in touch with me immediately to let me know. I provided them with the correct details and they delivered pretty much straight away based on the new info. I didn’t see the flowers but my friend said they were lovely. Nice job team.
