This florist company is good and although they made an honest mistake by delivering the ordered flowers a week early they immediately arranged another bouquet of flowers and chocolates to be delivered on the arranged date. The recipient was a friend's mother who was celebrating her 100th Birthday - a very special day. I would use Direct2florist again.

The bouquet that arrived didn't resemble the image on the website. Contacted them by email to check that the correct bouquet had been delivered, but no response 3 weeks later. Disappointing as it looked more like a £40 bouquet rather than £55.

I was so impressed with the extra effort Forget Me Not Florists took in delivering some beautiful flowers and balloons to my daughter. I am in the US and she is studying at St. Andrew???s, so I could see her in person this year. Forget Me Not emailed me to find the best way to contact my daughter.
