The order was made late, but they endeavoured to delivery same day. Sadly this was not possible as my recipient had left for the day, prior to the delivery. The florists were quick to apologise and rearrange a delivery slot with no extra fuss. I am likely to use them again, but I'll give them a bit more notice next time

The ordering was easy and efficient. I was disappointed about the size of the arrangement for the price. In Germany a bouquet for that amount of money would have been three times as much flowers!
