I did not hear the delivery driver at the door but saw the van and was able to speak to the driver who had left the delivery in a safe place. I thought it was good of her to get out of the van to confirm I had got the flowers. Many drivers would have just driven off.

The flowers are beautiful. Mum loves them and the fact that she can carry them easily in the basket. They arrived on the correct day, but the note said to give her time to get to the door and they were left on the doorstep. I realize it was Mother's Day weekend and you were probably super busy, but if she hadn't gone to get her newspaper from the front door, I'm not sure how long they would have sat there. That's the only reason this isn't a 5 star review. We love Flowerscene and are usually completely happy with their service!!

I called early in the morning from Glasgow to get a nice bouquet of flowers delivered to my brother and his wife for their 5th year wedding anniversary. The excellent service received exactly as specified,, a beautiful birthday bouquet delivered at the place and timing requested, shows the importance of using a truly local florist who can deliver a personal service - as opposed to a mechanical box-ticking service using a pretend local number.
