Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Pixie Lillies for arranging the beautiful flower arrangement for my Auntie. I will definetely not order with direct2 florist again. I ordered a bouquet in one colour, yet mixture of colours was put in my bunch. On top of that, there were different type pf flowers too (it included flowers that i would never want in my bunch). Basically completely different bouquet. Giving 2 stars not 1 as customer service reacted quickly to my complaint and processed partial refund however not with completely satisfying value.

I specifically ordered flowers with pink and purple colours as pictured in your online shop as they are the favourite colours of my friend I was sending them to. I was not sent a picture of my purchase so asked my friend to do so after she got them. I was very disappointed that she had received a bunch of mostly red, white&green flowers. I sent an email of complaint, received a short apology+a €10 refund as a gesture of goodwill. It will affect my future decision to use your company or recommend it to others. When sending someone flowers using an online service one is totally dependent on the choice&integrity of the florist and does not have the option of returning the goods if unhappy with what is delivered.
