Excellent service, I ordered online and received a phone call to say some of the flowers in the bouquet Id selected were not in stock and asked if it was ok to put alternative flowers in. Quite disappointed really. I often order flowers online for delivery. I honestly thought for the cost of these that they would be a lot bigger than they are. Also they were delivered on Saturday afternoon and at least one of the roses is already going brown and curling and I noticed that yesterday (Monday) For these reasons I probably wont be ordering for my elderly relative from your website again. They were very, very kind and made sure that my mum got her flowers on Mother's day even though I had missed the deadline for delivery. The delivery man was lovely with mum. I even got a phone call from the lady in the shop to let me know she would definitely get the flowers to my ,mum. Mum says the flowers are beautiful.
