Floral Art & Design opened for business in Jan 2014 at studio premises in north Milton Keynes. In Jan 2016 we moved to shop premises in the South of Milton Keynes and now we have moved to a new town, Retford in Nottinghamshire. Our head florist has been working in the industry since 2009 when she qualified from Milton Keynes college. We are proud members of the British Florist Association(BFA) and members of Direct 2 Florist. We can deliver your sympathy tributes direct to your chosen undertakers and can do home visits to discuss sympathy flowers or wedding flowers at a time convenient for you.

I have used Direct2florist a few times to send flowers to my family in England and have never been disappointed. the flowers are always fresh and last for a very long time. My last order was for an Orchid and the colour was amazing. The pricing is good even with the exchange rate. I would recommend them to any one wanting to send a gift to a loved one far away.

How lovely to have such a good experience in this day and age. I placed my order and in no time, there was a message to say that the florist had a query. The phone rang almost immediately as she didnt have one of the colours shown on the website l. This sorted out, the flowers arrived a few hours later handed to my daughter by a lovely lady wearing a mask. The flowers were really lovely and my daughter was pretty delighted. I cant believe how easy this transaction was and with the desired result. Now I have been asked to review my experience - sent with two photos of the flowers. I am really impressed!

Floral Art & Designs service was exceptional - they honestly couldnt have done enough to help me. I live in Australia and my close friend in the UK was suffering a family loss and I ordered her some flowers with a teddy bear. The florist rang me from the UK to explain that, due to COVID-19,, flowers were unavailable until the following week - I desperately wanted to get something to my friend and, after chatting with the florist, they offered to deliver the teddies separately early the next morning.
