Flowers excellent but delivery not so good Had to contact florist as we requested a delivery time of 1000. (Florist advised they didn't have delivery times) Arrived 1 1/2 hrs late. They were for our Diamond Wedding Anniversary so I was a little disappointed.

The flowers i ordered were not delivered to the recipient for whatever reason but were delivered to me instead. I delivered these myself. I complained and my complaint was speedily dealt with. I received chocolates and more flowers were delivwred to correct person, which I didn't expect. I will certainly use Prestige Flowers again
