I was after a flower arrangement for a relative who is now in a care home so ordered online from a local florist that I knew the relative would remember, they arrived nice and early and my relative and the home said how lovely the arrangement was - would highly recommend for beautiful flower arrangements that are delivered and in this case brightened someones day.

I can't rate the flowers you delivered to Mrs Gladys Winship from myself after your email to advise they were delivered on the 18 Oct I usually get a photo sent to thank me and to let me know what flowers were delivered. but the lady in question hasn't acknowledged she received them. The flowers i ordered were not delivered to the recipient for whatever reason but were delivered to me instead. I delivered these myself. I complained and my complaint was speedily dealt with. I received chocolates and more flowers were delivwred to correct person, which I didn't expect. I will certainly use Prestige Flowers again
