About & History

Sarah Coxon Floral Design is run by Sarah Coxon. Sarah has been a florist for 30 years and in that time has gained a lot of invaluable knowledge and experience. Being located in the Norfolk countryside is ideal for the inspiration for some of the designs, which are natural and beautiful. Delivering the same day to Fakenham, Dereham and the surrounding areas including the famous North Norfolk Coast. Sunday deliveries are possible via prior arrangement too! Using fresh flowers direct from the Netherlands, you can be sure the freshest flowers are sent and often get reports of the flowers lasting over 2-3 weeks! Excellent customer Service is extremely important to Sarah, as is at the heart of everything she makes. She is always trying to exceed customer expectations, you will see evidence of this in the reviews!

Specialties

Sarah Coxon Floral Design specializes in bespoke funeral flowers and also wedding flowers. Sarah works closely with the four local funeral directors and regularly provides them with flower tributes. She often receives excellent feedback on her work, service and for the attention to detail that all come naturally to her. She often has to design and make bespoke tributes, including a 3D Lancaster Bomber plane, dogs and a Connect 4 Board! Sarah's other speciality is the Hand-tied bouquets, she has been doing them for over 30 years, since they were a new way of arranging flowers which was brought over from the continent! The Hand-tied bouquets are bouquets of flowers arranged in the hand and gift wrapped in tissue paper and cellophane to create a water bubble for the stems to sit in. They always arrive in a box or a cube card bag to ensure they are stable to sit on a table. We also deliver Teddies, Chocolates and Balloons, and have even been known to deliver a customized cake with the flowers!

Location & Delivery

All deliveries are carried out by either Sarah or a member of her team, and never by a courier or taxi. Care advice is always given on the doorstep delivery and is a part of the excellent service. Sarah has lived in the area all of her life and has a vast knowledge of the area, which helps in the small villages which Norfolk has plenty of. We deliver every day, but Sunday delivery is by prior arrangement only.

Sarah! What can I say?! I ordered over the phone. She was so friendly and helpful in every way. Was upfront about limited stock because of the ridiculously hot weather we've had and somehow still managed to create the most gorgeous bouquet! She also assured me that she would try her best to deliver even if the recipient wasn't home that she would try again later, which I think says it all. Going above and beyond. Thank you Sarah. Sarah was so helpful when speaking to her and my friend loved her flowers! Said they are the best ones she has had for a long time and she byes a lot of flowers so she knows! I will be using Sarah and recommend her.

Sarah was extremely helpful in organising a delivery to a location I had never been to and knew nothing about. She was friendly and welcoming, advised me on the best day for delivery to ensure the best quality flowers, and the picture of the bouquet is great to know what it looked like. Would definitely use her again id I needed to send flowers in the Walsingham area.

It was a delight to have Sarah in charge of the flowers for our daughter's wedding. The arrangements in the Church and marquee, the bouquets and posies, button holes and corsages were all stunningly beautiful and just as had been promised. Sarah expertly guided us in making the best decisions concerning the choice of flowers, number and size of arrangements an the positioning of them at the Church and in the marquee. Sarah's customer care was excellent, always responding promptly to questions. She really helped to make these wedding preparations stress free and enjoyable. We cannot remind her highly enough.

I ordered flowers for my poorly Mum early in the morning for same day delivery. She received them that afternoon and thought they were absolutely beautiful. The fact they already came in a vase meant she didn't have to do anything and I really liked the fact that I was emailed a photo of what she received. I would not hesitate to recommend this company as the whole process from online ordering to delivery was flawless.
