A very clear website with lovely photos of each arrangement. When I telephoned and went through the order, Sarah (not sure of her name) was so friendly and helpful and I said what my budget was and what could she arrange and deliver for this amount. Loved seeing a picture of the actual arrangement that was delivered and looking just as I expected. The receiver was very so pleased as well.

Disappointing service. Ordered online in plenty of time but they got the date of delivery wrong. I immediately emailed once I received the notification and asked them to deliver on the correct day. No-one contacted me or replied. They delivered the flowers on the wrong day. Poor customer service. Won’t use again.

Sarah! What can I say?! I ordered over the phone. She was so friendly and helpful in every way. Was upfront about limited stock because of the ridiculously hot weather we've had and somehow still managed to create the most gorgeous bouquet! She also assured me that she would try her best to deliver even if the recipient wasn't home that she would try again later, which I think says it all. Going above and beyond. Thank you Sarah. It was a delight to have Sarah in charge of the flowers for our daughter's wedding. The arrangements in the Church and marquee, the bouquets and posies, button holes and corsages were all stunningly beautiful and just as had been promised. I ordered flowers for my poorly Mum early in the morning for same day delivery. She received them that afternoon and thought they were absolutely beautiful.
