My daughter needed a boost after having a Covid test, thankfully negative. I put this order in at 2pm and my daughter rang to thank me at 3.20pm same day. Fantastic service! Didn't have the flowers I'd initially chosen, rang to explain was very nice but one thing I said was please no lillies as allergic, bouquet came and it has lillies in. So can only give three stars as they were very nice and prompt but ignored allergy warning

The display I ordered was based on the types of flower shown. These were not what was delivered! If those particular coloured flowers were not in it would be best if they let me know. They did not even use another colour of that flower. It was a common enough flower to have but held more meaning in this case. <br/>I'm very very disappointed.
